Responsibilities
- Establish deeper relationships with existing customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Help customers identify needs and be proactive about finding solutions.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.
- Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
- Help our community build generational wealth.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills (enjoy speaking with people and care about what happens to them)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task (but really one thing at a time)
- Give the customer your total attention no need to work through a large waitlist, we're about people helping people, multi-tasking really in my book just means the ability to schedule important things first and work on multiple different projects over the course of a day
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain, you can do it)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain, I did it, you can do it too)
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
